The following information is a general guideline about our rates.
These rates may change without advanced notice.
We accept the following forms of payment:
• Credit/Debit Card
Sessions are billed at $120 per hour.
We bill a minimum of 1 hour service, and then 30 minute increments thereafter.
We offer a number of group programs ranging from $35 to $95 per session per participants, minimum 3 participants.
Individual client session with dedicated employee team
We offer a range of programs. One of our programs includes 3 employee staff as participants in the game session, with 2 fellow "players" and 1 "Game Master".
For our team staff program for one client, we recommend starting with 3 hours per week, or 4 hours per session if every-other week, typically for 2-9 months. Then as we implement the transition program migrating to a once per month 1-hour check-in program for 3-6 months.
A 3-hour session is $360.
A 4-hour session is $480.
When you complete the intake paperwork, let us know if you want to begin with weekly or every-other week. Our research shows that both programs work equally as well, though results take longer with the every-other week program, the same results are realized over time.
Payment is due within 30 days of service.
For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice there is a $120 flat fee for online services and services in our primary Service Areas. For all other services and service areas, please see the specific details for each service and/or service area.
For online and services within our primary service areas, if you notify us of your cancellation at least 24 hours before service delivery (for online services, and services in Zone, you may reschedule. If you have pre-paid and do not wish to reschedule, we can refund you the full amount paid minus any processing fees we have to pay (for example Paypal processing fees, merchant fees, etc.).
For no-shows, there is a $175 flat fee if we show up at the office or other locations (such as with the RPG trailer or online session) and the client does not show up or provide warning at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Unless otherwise specified, games, software downloads, e-books, and other purchases from our online stores or other stores selling our products, are not returnable after purchase.

For services actually delivered, within the restrictions of applicable laws, we have a no refund policy once our services have begun to be delivered to the client.
If your insurance policy covers Therapeutic Recreation or Recreational Therapy services you may be able to receive full or partial coverage for our services.
Please contact your insurance company to determine if they consider either “Therapeutic Recreation” or “Recreational Therapy” as a covered service.
We are working on putting together a Financial Assistance Fund to help those with financial struggles wishing to receive our services. If you are interested in helping support this fund to enable others to receive services, please let us know, and we will gladly supply you with the necessary forms.
